Character Information
Name: Nobunaga Oda
Canon: Fate/Grand Order
Canon Point: Post GudaGuda3
Age: So this is a bit of a mess, but stay with me here. So Servants kiiind of exist outside of age, since they're summoned after death, yeah? That said, she was 48 when she died, and I estimate the form she takes typically as a servant is around 23. In addition to this, though, she has a skill that allows her to physically alter her physical form however she likes. (I have zero intentions of dipping into anything seemingly underage with this if for some reason she can even use that skill in the first place)
History: General History for her lifetime, a more thorough look at that, GudaGuda2 Translation, GudaGuda3 Translation, Koha-Ace Summary, a way more general reference

Personality:

Nobunaga, as one might anticipate, encompasses several different facets depending on the role she needs to fill in the moment. Chances are the first impression most will get of her is a girl with a head way too big for her shoulders, due to her diminutive stature. She is often loud and seemingly reckless, and more than happy to throw around her Demon King title for anyone around to hear it. Add to this animated reactions to any given thing, and you get what seems like a brash, well, brat, trying to play at illusions of grandeur. Which, sometimes, may not be far off the mark.

First and foremost, she presents herself as the warlord she is. This sometimes means being commandeering, throwing out orders and taking control of errant situations as they arise. When it comes to the unknown, she often falls into this particular paradigm, separating herself as a person from what needs to be accomplished. At times, as a leader, she may even come across as reckless, but the fact of it is she is simply quick when it comes to decisive action--second-guessing only leads to leaving openings, you see? For her time, her military tactics were unconventional but clever, and that carries over in her current incarnation. She's good at thinking on her feet, and rarely questions a decision once she's made it. If she's going to do something, she's going to do it to its fullest. If that doesn't work, she'll just do something else, be it another tactic or a strategic retreat, or whatever else, until the problem is solved.

On a more personal level, she could be called...well, goofy. She has no qualms about having an army of miniature versions of herself, and even seems to enjoy the glorification therein. Similarly, she has little to no shame in her short little body, enough that one of her most powerful skills involves stripping her bare and leaving her at her strongest. She can and will say what is on her mind, whether it makes sense or not, and deal with what anyone might think after the fact. In yet another instance she takes up a demonic guitar purely for profit; surely putting her face on merchandise and holding concerts will bring in loads of cash, right? Of course it will. And who in their right mind doesn't want to make a ton of money just rocking out, duh?

On the other hand, she can be far more serious than anyone gives her credit for. Her quiet moments are few, but those are when it may be the most important to pay attention. For example, when by all rights she should have executed her brother when he was summoned as a Servant himself and acted against her, she hesitated, and ultimately stayed her hand despite declaring she would go through with the act. Underneath the demon lord exterior is a person who still feels and sometimes, is still beholden to those feelings. In later events she spends much of the time biding her time in disguise, hiding from the enemy while trying to ascertain the truth of the situation. It is in this event that we see Nobunaga at her most serious; making deals with would-be enemies while acting against the larger threat orchestrating everything. While it's true she prefers to act decisively, she is tactically-minded enough to know when that will not serve her, and instead playing it safe is the better option.

Speaking of her family, though, it is with them that she is probably the most herself. With those she is familiar with, she is her own brand of demon. Some might even think to call her a bully, particularly with certain younger brothers who are too hard on themselves despite trying to take her place whenever her back is turned. It's largely affectionate ribbing, though, even if there's a chance she might get slightly violent in the process. Even with strangers, if she isn't feeling particularly lord-like, she could just start ribbing on in a similar manner, or she might be in a more argumentative mood. As in all things, it really depends on the time and place.

She has an insatiable lust for new things, too. Enough that it forms the entire bases of one of her most important skills. Be it weaponry or everyday gadgets, innovation is sure to put sparkles in her eyes. This could turn into simply trying to use it for anything and everything, to trying to tear it apart and figure out how it works for herself. Of course, she is no engineer, so that never gets too far, but it will never ever stop her from trying anyway.

She does not like situations where she can't begin to work toward some form of control of things. In these, she may simply throw a tantrum and try anyway, or she might take a step back and fit herself to the situation in the hopes of it swinging into her favor later. When all else fails, though, there's always more guns.

In general, though, her goal is to come out on top. Sometimes that means being the best and turning yourself into a monster, other times that means playing a more quiet hand and cooperating with others around you; even using them to your own ends, perhaps. She isn't necessarily cold by nature, but a lifetime of trying to control a chaotic nation has taught her how to become cold when there's a greater purpose to be achieved with it. Sometimes that means killing loved ones to make an example, or marrying them off to form otherwise improbable alliances, or even wiping out whole factions that refuse to bend to her will. Whatever it is she has to do to move forward, she can and will find a way to accomplish it.

Abilities & Skills:

Servant Parameters
Strength: C
Endurance: B
Agility: C
Mana: B
Luck: B
Noble Phantasm: ? (due to her particular skills this stat wildly varies depending on her opponent)

Class Skills
--Magic Resistance B: She is naturally impervious to most magic, only spells ranked higher than a B rank will even scratch her, or less than three verses, as the Fate-verse would explain it. Even higher magic might have a hard time doing a lot of damage in the face of this.
--Independent Action B: This skill is the ability to remain materialized even after the mana supply from her master is cut. At this rank she can manage it for about two days, assuming she doesn't waste mana with fighting or using her Noble Phantasms.

Personal Skills
--Military Tactics B: Basically, since she was a military leader in life, she has an inherent knowledge of combat with many units in play and, accordingly, this skill gives bonuses when using her Anti-Army Noble Phantasm or when striking against one in turn.
--Charisma B-: An byproduct of her ability as a leader, so to speak. This skill gives her allies a passive boost in performance in group fights. For Nobunaga specifically the effect varies between people, where it would be more consistent for a Servant with a higher Rank.
--Demon King A: Since she was deemed a monster in life, and embraced as much, she manifests as a demon lord even as a Servant, and was granted this unique skill--the ability to alter her physical appearance at will. Typically, Nobunaga herself only uses this to ah, enhance her bust size, though it can apply to anything else about her.
--Tenka Fubu - Innovation A: This is where her level of effectiveness truly lies. Because in life one of her biggest modus operandi involved replacing the old with the new, as a Servant she gains an advantage against opponents that represent the old, as it were. This primarily applies to those with Divinity or any relation to the gods, as well as those with simply a lot of mystery such as illusions or may have never actually existed at all (in reference to other Servants, specifically). On the other hand, this skill renders her less effective against more modern entities and those with little to no mystery about them. That is, this skill directly influences the effectiveness of all of the others in her arsenal. Those who fall into neither of these extremes are likely to merely be subject to 'normal' on this scale. There can be more caveats but the point is it's extremely case by case and even she can't always tell which effect it will have until she just shoots and sees what happens.

Noble Phantasms
--Three-Thousand Worlds: Three Line Formation E~A: A large Anti-Army Noble Phantasm. Nobunaga summons three thousand arquebuses around her, which then fire in every direction. This attack is also more effective against the Divine or Mysterious, with the effects stacking with her previously mentioned skill. In addition, it is also effective against Servants with a Riding skill. Against any of the opposites, these guns would be less lethal, but still dangerous due to their sheer number.
--Demon King of the Sixth Heaven E~EX This Anti-Divine Noble Phantasm, considered her true one, is a reality marble. That is, she creates a space akin to a pocket dimension, that operates under her rules. This space is based upon the brutal deeds done in her lifetime, a burning hellscape where she has absolute power, specifically against the Divine, as with her other abilities. In it, she is stripped naked, and the atmosphere is essentially a collection of the fear and reverence held for her after her death. In this space those she is effective against will find it difficult to even survive, while those she is not might merely find the hellish space uncomfortably hot.

Other Notes
Simply because it isn't spelled out and I would be incorrect to simply list it for inventory, I feel: one of her primary weapons are arquebuses summoned from thin air, the same ones from her Noble Phantasm, but smaller in number; typically no more than three or four at a time per attack. She both fires them herself or lets them fire while floating in midair.

Inventory/Companions: All I would think to include would be her katana and maybe one of her summoned arquebuses.

Choice: Monster - Dragon
Reason: On a surface level it immediately feels appropriate; both of her servant incarnations are depicted with flames, both a reference to her brutal tactics and to the fire that supposedly killed her. Her lifetime as a whole is also a large factor--she was the self-proclaimed Demon King of the Sixth Heaven even in life, tearing down anything and everything that stood in the way of her conquest. One could even say she was a monster, and I feel it follows that she would become a powerful one in turn. Even if she initially enjoys this new body, too, there may even come a point where she sees these changes as due punishment for the actions taken during her time as a human. She'd be fine with it, but coming to grips with it all the same could be interesting to see. Similarly coping with reactions to what she is, be it due to rarity or inherent power, could also prove satisfying, I think, as she is capable of both explosive force and surprising level-headedness.
